Glayva Online Promotion.
Please read this carefully.
1. Promotion is open to UK residents only who are 18 years old and over, excluding employees and their families of Whyte & Mackay or their affiliated companies, their agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
2. To enter online: please enter your contact details in the space provide on www.glayva.com for your chance to win £1,000 and a pair of tickets to the Glayva Ceilidh in the Gardens. Runners up will also win a pair of tickets to the Glayva Ceilidh in the Gardens.
3. To enter via text: please text the bar name and town which you think serves the best Glayva in Scotland to 81025 for your chance to win £1,000 and a pair of tickets to the Glayva Ceilidh in the Gardens. Runners up will also win a pair of tickets to the Glayva Ceilidh in the Gardens.
4. Please note that text messages are charged at the standard network rate. Please note that these texts may not be included in any “text-inclusive” packages.
5. The closing date for entries will be the 18th December. Winners will be selected in a random draw conducted under independent supervision on the 19th December and notified within 24 hours via phone or text.
6. If winners cannot be contacted within 2 days an alternative winner may be chosen. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Promoter accepts no responsibility for texts delayed, lost, corrupted or mis-sent in transmission for whatsoever reason. Proof of texting will not be taken as proof of receipt, no refunds of text message costs will be given.
8. All entries received after 19th December 2008 will not be valid entries and so will not be considered as valid prize draw entries.
9. There is one prize of £1,000 to be won and a pair of tickets to the Glayva Ceilidh in the Gardens. There is a total number of 24 runner up prizes of a pair of tickets to the Glayva Ceilidh in the Gardens in Edinburgh on 31st December 2008, including access to Edinburgh’s Hogmanay Street Party.
10. No purchase of Glayva is necessary.
11. To obtain a copy of winners’ names and counties please send a Stamped Addressed Envelope to the promoter at Whyte and Mackay Ltd,
Dalmore House, 310 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, Scotland G2 5RG.
12 No cash or other alternative prizes are available. However the promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the control of the promoter.
13 Those entering are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and will be bound by them.
